Our Story

A father-son partnership

Built on shared curiosity, complementary expertise, and a belief that technology should serve human leadership—not replace it.

The origin

SAVANT-AI was incorporated in October 2022—just before ChatGPT changed everything.

But the foundation was laid decades earlier. In 2016, while advising high-net-worth families at Fidelity Investments, Matt began researching AI and its implications for business leadership. After years serving a handful of billionaires and hedge fund managers in Palm Beach, Fidelity's higher volume of clients demanded new levels of organization. He started looking for systems that could enhance his reach and speed of processing—so he could spend more time in client meetings helping families make sensitive decisions with the best data and information. He saw what was coming. He started preparing.

When the generative AI wave arrived, he was ready. And he brought his son Christian into the work.

What started as shared curiosity became something more enduring: a company rooted in a love for technology, progress, iteration, innovation, and creativity. A company that believes executives deserve better than generic tool demos—they deserve frameworks for leading through change.

What we believe

Technology should serve leadership

AI is a tool, not a replacement. Our job is to make executives more capable, not more dependent.

Training alone isn't enough

Real transformation requires sustained engagement, organizational support, and the courage to redesign how work gets done.

Responsible AI from the start

Ethics and governance aren't add-ons—they're built into how we teach, how we advise, and how we operate.

Every leader deserves personalized guidance

Generic recommendations waste everyone's time. We meet executives where they are and build roadmaps for where they're going.
