Other SAVANT-AI websites and properties may have their own privacy policies, and those policies apply when you use them.

Information You Provide
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you contact us or book a fit call.
- Booking and payment information: Details you enter when you book a fit call or pay for an engagement. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Communications: The content of emails, messages, and feedback you send us.
- Engagement information: Information your team shares with us during an engagement, such as participant names and roles, session discussion, and the work your leaders build.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on page, links clicked, and referring pages, collected through Google Analytics.
- Device and log data: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and access times, collected by Google Analytics and by our hosting provider.
There is no account registration on this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Schedule and hold fit calls and engagement sessions
- Deliver, customize, and support our services
- Process payments and keep business records
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your engagement
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it

4. Engagement Sessions and Recordings
Sessions are held virtually (for example, on Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or in person by arrangement. Sessions may be recorded or transcribed, including with an AI note-taking tool, only with the knowledge of the participants. A client may ask that sessions not be recorded, and some clients record sessions in their own systems instead. We use recordings and transcripts to deliver and customize the engagement for that client.
5. Your AI Accounts and Sensitive Data
Clients set up and use their own AI accounts and licenses (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) under their own policies and agreements with those providers. We advise on their use. We do not connect to or operate client systems, and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Please do not share protected health information, payment card data, or other regulated data with us unless we have agreed to it separately in writing.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: Companies that help us run our business, listed in Section 7, under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors, as needed.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We use anonymized, non-identifying learnings from our work to improve our methods. We name a client or quote a person only with permission.

Calendly and Stripe may set their own cookies when you book or pay.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including the length of a client relationship and a reasonable period after it, unless the law requires a longer period. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
11. International Transfers
We serve clients in the United States and other countries. We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where the law of your country requires it, we take reasonable steps to protect information transferred outside it, such as relying on our providers' standard contractual clauses.
